Town Centre Place is a major purpose-built rental development across from Scarborough Town Centre that will comprise almost 2,000 units in 4 towers when complete. Years in the planning, the project is just now beginning construction. My role at The LuminAire Agency has been to refine the original proposed project identification, generate marketing concepts, provide architectural rendering services and produce materials that have helped the developer acquire project funding.
